Taken at the corner of Tandang Sora and Commonwealth Avenues at about 8:30 in the morning. This was the Monday after Iglesia ni Cristo’s founder, Eraño Manalo, died. Shot this on my cell phone while on a passenger jeep.
Apart from the bad weather, I think the picture depicts how polluted the city has become.
