1. PDF Download
I get a lot of information online and at times want to store entire webpages for offline use. In the “old” days, you would do this by saving the entire webpage in HTML but now you can do it by converting the page into a PDF. Use PDF Download as a Firefox or Internet Explorer ( 7 & 8 ) extension. Free download here.
2. PDF Split and Merge
Compiling or Merging saved pdf files. Use PDF Split and Merge, a free opensource software, if you want to combine the pages into one file, like an ebook. Download here.
3. Taskbar Shuffle
Tiny Windows utility that allows you to re-arrange icons on your taskbar. I’ve been looking for something like this for a while now – thanks to Lifehacker.com! (see their list of other helpful Windows utilities). Of course you can download the app directly from here.
